When dealer information or additional documentation is required, we'll work through the process with you and the receiving dealer.

Pickup or Delivery

Your order is shipped or made available for pickup as permitted by law and the requirements for that product.

Understanding Product Availability

Our website may show both products physically in our Madisonville store and products available through our warehouse partners.

Firearms & Dealer Transfers

Firearms purchased online must be transferred in accordance with applicable federal, state and local law. For shipped firearm orders, the firearm will generally need to be sent to an eligible Federal Firearms Licensee for the required transfer process.

If you're picking up at Madisonville Gun Company, we'll complete the applicable transfer requirements when you arrive.

Sending Dealer Information

If your order requires shipment to another dealer, we'll need the receiving dealer's current license information before shipment.

Have your dealer contact us if needed. We're happy to work directly with them to get the required documentation in place.

Suppressor Orders

Suppressor purchases involve additional federal transfer requirements. Madisonville Gun Company can help guide customers through the required dealer and transfer process for suppressor purchases.
